Terms & Conditions for Wonderbly Book Token Giveaway

1. Information on how to redeem your Wonderbly Book Token is organised by Wonderbly (The Promoter) form part of these Terms and Conditions

2. Redemption of Wonderbly Book Token is deemed as acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

3. The promoter: Lostmy.name Ltd (t/a Wonderbly, Reg Co.number 08305498) of 21 Brownlow Mews London WC1N 2LD.

4. Wonderbly Book Token giveaway is open to residents of the UK and US only

5. Only one prize can be redeemed per Wonderbly Book Token.

6. Any duplicate redemptions will be deemed counterfeit and void.

7. Employees of Wonderbly and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion are not eligible for giveaway prizes

8. Giveaway begins after 00:00 GMT on Friday 16th June 2023.

9. Wonderbly Book Token is valid until 00:00 GMT on Tuesday 3rd October 2023.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to close the giveaway at any time, without notice.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be announced as soon as possible by the Promoter.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Wonderbly Book Token redemptions and to disqualify any redemption, which, in the opinion of the Promoter, is deemed duplicate, counterfeit, or inauthentic.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

14. The prize of the Wonderbly Book Token is:
    a) A free hardback book of choice with free standard shipping delivered to UK or US

15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

16. One hundred random winners will receive a Wonderbly Book Token via post with their Wonderbly order

17. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem their prize by contacting competition@wonderbly.com before 3rd October 2023.

18. Wonderbly will notify the winner with the estimated delivery date of the prize.

19. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

21. Entrants and the winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the giveaway which may include the publication of their name and photography in any media. However, the name, address or image will not be published without the prior consent.

22. All entrants grant Wonderbly exclusive permission, without any additional payment, to copy, use, adapt, store, reproduce, communicate and publish content relating to the Wonderbly Book Token giveaway (and all intellectual property rights contained therein) in whole or in part throughout the world in perpetuity for use in marketing materials to be used by the Company, in relation to its own products and services, and in any media. All entrants confirm they have obtained all necessary consents to grant the permissions contained herein.

23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24. Redeeming Wonderbly Book Token associated with the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
